Privacy Policy

At present, the prelaunch waitlist collects the email address and work category you submit. If you contact us, we also receive your email, message, and anything else you choose to send. When the account service launches, we may collect a name or nickname, email, authentication credentials, optional company name, uploaded images/videos/documents and project metadata. We may also receive IP address, browser and device details, operating system, usage and security logs, and cookies needed for the site or service. We do not ask for a password on the waitlist. Payment details, when payments launch, will be handled by Paddle; WIMB may receive transaction and subscription status rather than full card details.

We use information to manage the waitlist and contact you about launch, create accounts when available, provide collaboration and project storage, operate and secure WIMB, answer support requests, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties. Optional promotional messages, if any, will be sent only under applicable consent requirements.

We do not sell or rent personal information. The waitlist form is delivered through FormSubmit to our email service, and email may be handled by Google. When relevant, hosting, storage, analytics, and payment providers such as Paddle may process only the information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when legally required, or transfer it as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law. Before adding a new processor or cross-border transfer that requires disclosure or consent, we will provide the legally required details.

Waitlist information is kept until it is no longer needed for launch communications or you request deletion, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Account information is kept while the account is active and as necessary to provide the service; transaction records may be kept for legally required periods. If a paid plan ends or a project remains on a free plan, project and video content, including associated AI-generated assets, may be deleted after 30 days. We will notify you by email before a scheduled removal so you can export it. You may request account and data deletion at any time. When retention ends, electronic data is deleted or anonymized, and any legally required records are separated and retained only for the required period.

The site or service may use essential cookies for login and security and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand use and improve performance. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; some login features may then stop working. If optional cookies require consent, we will ask before setting them.

We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and authentication safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you suspect misuse of your account or data.

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. You or your legal representative can contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

WIMB is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn that we have, we will delete it as required. Where Korean law requires consent from a legal representative for a child under 14, that consent must be obtained. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. We will make any required transfer disclosures and safeguards available before such processing.
